Too often, and especially in the Desi community, ADD is diagnosed as a symptom of poor grades. But having ADD is about so much more than grades!
In the final part of my mini series on ADD/ADHD, my friend and middle school teacher Jess and I talk about the ways that ADD/ADHD can affect the way we socialize, and the strain it can have on relationships. We discuss ways to cope with being inattentive in conversations, being considered 'flaky', and the constant desire to interrupt people.
